Bliss Paws strive to provide customers with superior quality products and service. If, during its
lifetime, your Bliss Paws product does not function as it should due to manufacturing defect,
we will replace your product free of charge.

What is not covered by the Bliss Paws Warranty?
If your Bliss Paws product is otherwise damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear
and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement. Not sure if you qualify? Send a

Warranty Policy Details
Once we receive your product and warranty form, we will evaluate the claim. If the claim
meets our guidelines, replace your product. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a
Warranty Return Form and original receipt. Products found to be defective will be replaced
at our discretion, Bliss Paws reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this
policy. To ship items in for warranty, we recommend you obtain a tracking number from your

Returns & Exchanges (Retail Stores):
All refunds and exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase.
Return within 14 days after the purchase date.
All goods must be in un-used condition with all its original tags attached and original packaging.

You are required to provide Paypal confirmation number from Paypal for a refund. Refund will be made within 30 days.
